Nutritional Information

Sugar Free Chocolates: Hydrogenated Starch Hydroysate, Maltitol, Polydestrose, Sorbitol, Palm Kernal Oil, Walnuts, Almonds,  Cocoa Powder, Cocoa Butter, Chocolate Liquor, Butter Oil, Butter, Whole Milk, Non-Fat Dry Milk, Egg Whites, Lecithen ( an emulsifier), Calcium Caseinate, Salt, Glycerol Lacto, Esters, Oil of Peppermint, Vanilla, Vanillin ( and other artificial Flavors), and Natural Flavors.

Sugar Free Laxative Effect:  As in all sugar free products, there may be a milk laxative effect experienced by sensitive individuals.  Because hydrogenated starch hydrolysate, Maltiton and Sorbitol are polyols, they metabolixe more slowly, which causes a portion of the polyols to remain undigested.

Diabetics:  Diabetics may find the Sugar Free products useful in their diest on the advice of their physicians.  However, Cerreta's Sugar Free Candies can not be used to counteract the effect of insulin shock.  Sugar Free Candies also have carbohydrates which will effect blood sugars.

Regular Chocolates:  Sugar, Milk Chocolate, Corn Syrup, Fresh Dairy Cream, Premium Dairy Butter, Nutmeats (Almonds, Peanuts, Walnuts, Pecans) Egg Whites, Coconut, Artificial Colors, Honey, Raisins, Salt,  Vanilla, Lecithin (an Emulsifier), Vanillin (an Artificial Flavor).

Allergy Alert:  Manufactured in a facility that processes nut products.  Contains nuts, milk, egg whites, and soy ingredients.  Cerreta's Chocolates are gluten free, exept a few flavors: Yellow Pretzel, Cookies n Mint Cluster, Crunch Bar, Peppermint Cookie
